The most important thing I like about Merry Maid services is the women who do the cleaning, their attitude, their efficiency, and how my house looks when they leave. It sparkles and makes me fall in love with my home all over again. I see it with new eyes.
I appreciate that the women are very well trained. I also appreciate that the women cleaning my home accept being reminded that my tile kitchen and family room floors need o be cleaned on hands and knees.They genuinely want to know if there is anything they could do to improve their service. They are always cheerful, kind, and respectful. The regulars do not need reminding, but on the occasions when someone new arrives I have learned to make sure they are aware of the particular requirements for my home.
I appreciate that in the few situations where things have not been to my liking (very few over many years with this service) the Merry Maids administration has been quick to make things right.
We have used the service since 2011. A large addition to the house had just been completed and we needed major deep cleaning. We were so pleased with the results that we immediately signed on to have the cleaning service every two weeks. We look forward to the cheerful voices of wonderful Merry Maids as they announce their arrival each time.

I needed someone to come out very last minute due to cancellations by other people and Merry Maids was able to get someone out within a few hours of my calling. The workers were very polite and followed directions well. They also offered to do a couple of extra things I needed done, but did not initially ask for. They worked quick and efficiently. I really appreciate the work Merry Maids was able to provide on such short notice.

I really like most of the women who care for our home. They are respectful, friendly, open to suggestions, work well as teams, are efficient and usually leave me with a sparkling home. On the rare occasion when my floors have been less than perfect, Merry Maids has been very responsive and sent someone back to redo them. We are appreciative of the quality of work and the great customer service.
