Prompt and thorough job.

we love the consistency of the same ladies that come to our home...we feel that they know us, understand exactly what we want and how to go about cleaning our home! I love whatever they use to get my hairspray off the bathroom counter top and floors :)

all are professional and courteous. I feel that if there ever is a concern it is taken seriously and addressed.

All cleaning equipment, tools and cleaning products are brought -- I do not need to supply anything. They are trustworthy, friendly workers. They always do an excellent job of cleaning -- something I cannot do. I have recommended them to others -- don't know if any of them have done it!

Overall my bimonthly cleans are done to our satisfaction. Whenever I happen to have opportunity to see the cleaning crew they are professional and friendly. My only complaint is that the crews are booked to do the job pretty fast so sometimes something gets broken because they are moving fast. Also our home stays pretty clean with no children in the house now and I think they don't always clean the tables or a floor when it looks okay. When I ask them to do so they always respond appropriately. The office is also very responsive to my requests or needs. Sherri Kehoe

The professional total house cleaning concept. The consistancy of the day and time which they do my home. Their ability to clean arround any place which I have started a project which can`t be moved.

The girls that come to my home Pamela and Sonja, are very friendly, trustworthy and hard working. I feel like they like their jobs which is important to me. The only thing I would want changed is that they would use my products. I hate to see them lugging things in and out of the car. But I really look forward to them coming and am always satisfied when they leave. I have a big house and don't want to take care of it all by myself and their help is invaluable to me.

Well the ladies are very nice and they do a great job for me. They always ask if they should use this or that product because I am allergic to a lot of items. I don't know any of the products,because I look to see that they do the job. I do know the cleaner that they use on my tables to dust is not greasy looking.

Very friendly and hard working. Keep you informed of the areas that they feel need extra attention and follow up with a written note.

I like the personal notes left in the home the most. Helps me feel a connection to the two cleaning my home. I like the responsiveness of both the maids & the office with any issues that arise. I'm very satisfied with Merry Maids.
