Made beds without asking- awesome. Good job on cleaning and offered little touches that were surprsing to find (folded toilet paper). Made me feel like that took extra time and added personal touch to my house.

I like that we have the same person always cleaning our house, unless she is on vacation (which seems to be very rare). I appreciate that she knows our home and preferences and that she cares about the job she is doing.

Vacuuming - like - dusting not so much - sometimes shelves or areas that need to be dusted are missed. Faucets still have lime around them even though I gave permission to use limeaway.

I was very pleased with the fall deep clean that Merry Maids did in my home. My wood work looked amazing and the house was spotless.

I am not knowledgeable about what products are used. The services are appreciated due to the speedy pace in which the associates do their work. I like when they focus on a particular area to give it special attention. However, I have found that some of the associates who come to clean do a much more thorough job than some of the others.

The girls do a wonderful job and the house smells great (cinnamon) when I return. I need to find something to keep it going all month!

I like the flexibility when I have conflicts. Also, I prefer Robin and Shirley to clean if at all possible.

The ladies that come care very much to make sure my home is clean. They are very friendly and caring. The ladies make sure that the cleaning is done to my liking. I appreciate how Merry Maids has the ladies bring with them. The products does a wonderful job in cleaning.
I constantly call the Merry Maids branch in my area after the ladies leave telling them how much of a wonderful job they have done. I only had to tell them one time about not liking it. I had to tell them that the ladies(different) weren't friendly or really caring. I told them that I only want the same ladies. I informed them that if the ladies weren't going to be able to make it to my house the day they're schedule. I told them to call and I'll gladly reschedule the appointment.

Coming home to a clean house takes a heavy load off of my shoulders. I feel I can trust merry maids in my home.

Work appeared to be thorough; products smell very clean but not overpowering. Much attention was given to not disturb valuable knick knacks while dusting.

The consistency I have come to expect. I am particularly pleased with Robbin and find her work to be thorough and complete, with the little extras that show she takes pride in her work.
