The kind of cleaning I have received has been dependent on the team that does the cleaning. Nannette is the leader of the two-person team that has cleaned my home the last several times. Nannette and company do a fine job. I have requested Nannette be my steady cleaning person each time. Previously, some of the maids were not as thorough with cleaning. As I have stated before, the word "clean" needs to be defined to those who do Merry Maids cleaning. Example-when you say in your brochure that surfaces will be "cleaned" does that mean all sticky stuff and crud removed or just dusted off. When you say you'll do a deep cleaning does that mean furniture as well as carpet gets vacuumed?
These are the types of "cleaning" issues I have had in the past. Merry Maids has been very reliable, meeting our schedule when necessary.

The girls do a very good job. I can trust them to clean and i can leave to do errands. Everyone of them have been very friendly.

They take their time to clean our home, when we walk in the door it smells so amazing, fresh, and clean. We can always tell when Merry Maids has been there. We also like that our ladies who clean our home are very personable and try to get to know us as well! We enjoy that they talk to us and laugh with our kids. One lady loves our dog, makes it know she is safe while they are there!

I think that the Merry Maids Ladies, Robbin and Shirley did a fine Job on my Home. As the house had been empty for a time, and neglected by the previous owner, it needed a thorough cleaning, and Robbin and Shirley did get it started back to cleanliness. There are still some areas that need additional attention, which they recognized and pointed out, but I have every confidence that they will get these areas under control during their future cleaning sessions.

No streaks! This is going to sound lazy, but having the bedding changed. I hate that chore. You used to use a cinnamon-aroma room spray, but you may have had some complaints about that; I liked it.
