I enjoyed having the entire house cleaned all at once since I'm unable to do it. I was happy to see the girls dusting the ceilings and woodwork. Knee pads were worn when they were on their knees in the kitchen and bath, that I saw. The blinds were dusted, furniture was wiped off, and the wood floors were washed as they exited the front door.

The women who come and clean are so kind and supportive, work well together, and do a thorough job. I like the way the lemon oil brightens the finish on the wood furniture.

When the cleaning team leaves the house is super clean it a lways smells clean, they do a super cleaning.

Negative first - do not like the vacuum cleaners - they don't do a good job. Also
think they are too heavy for the girls to lug around.
Positives - like your personnel, they are friendly and do a good job.

The ladies that came in to my home were fast and did a beautiful job. They were able to clean up messes that I have repeatedly tried to clean myself and have been unsuccessful.

They smell great, the vacuum is industrial strength so does a great job and I don't need to vacuum again myself for almost a week. I also like that the tile floors are washed by hand, again it gives me a boost that I can just keep on top of with a mop.

They're quiet and do a very thorough job with cleaning my house. i enjoy the fact that they don't use a mop to wipe down my floors and get down on their hands and knees and clean with a rag.

Jess and Julia did a wonderful clean today! Not only is our home cleaned professionally every two weeks, but due to my three busy boys, aged 3 and under, merry maids patiently works around us, are friendly, and work hard to deep clean our toughest areas. It's amazing how quickly and efficiently they clean our home. It's such a relief coming home to out clean house on Merry Maid day!

The Merry Maids service is great. They show up on time and our house looks great when we return home. We have had their service for ~ 18 months and had no issues. We really like Jessica who does a great job. She makes our beds and organizes our daughter bed room.
