No idea about the products, and I've only had a cleaning twice, but each time the girls do an amazing job. Super thorough.

The ladies were very nice and did a great job. The even cleaned the blinds in my bathroom and the tile was shining. My table was polished and the kitchen cabinets and appliances looked great. The floors were cleaned and the place looked great for hosting a Christmas dinner party.

I am usually home when they clean and they are super flexible if they need to work around me. Also, we recently had a new baby and they were so sweet about cleaning with her in the house. I was worried that it would be difficult having the house cleaned with the baby's nap schedule, but they worked around me.

Your products are excellent, especially in the bathrooms. I haven't found anything in markets that compare to the shine that is on tile and jet tubs.

My first experience with the Merry Maids services rated a "10". Lauren and Heather were cheerful cleaners, answered my questions, and treated our home with care. I liked the calendar showing the scheduled cleaning dates for the year. The summary sheet reflecting what cleaning was done that day and what to expect for the next cleaning was very much appreciated. I requested the use of my cleaning products for the natural stone in the bathrooms and powder room, stainless steel appliances and trash cans, and wood floors throughout our home. The other products used were satisfactory.

Clean, not overpowering

The women were thorough and did a very good job. Conscientious friendly and knowledgeable they explained their plan then got down to work. They answered all our questions easily. I was pleased that they used so many microfiber cloths. They seemed to use a clean cloth for each item they cleaned! No nasty chemical odors made our lives so much better.
