I'm not incredibly picky. I'm generally happy with the quality of cleaning. My mom can typically find something to nit pick but they are not things that bother me much.

It was very easy to schedule the appointment at a time that was convenient to me. The crew brought all the cleaning products and equipment. The crew was polite and discreet. They did everything they were asked to do and they did a good job and left everything in order.

Some of the staff are very pleasant in their interactions with us (but i am not looking for conversation or banter) and i suppose none of them have been scary or concerning. My mother has voiced that she has apprehension with allowing people into her home to help out, so i assume other people have these sort of thoughts.
i did not give it a ten, because i don't have much to compare your service with. I sure wish you could magically appear at my father in laws in Massachussets and help him out. He is very resistant

We never regret engaging Merry Maids to clean our home, especially after trying other well-known cleaning services in the past. The ladies do an exceptional job in our home every time they clean. I walk in after a long work week and am greeted by a fresh scent and look around to see everything in its place, tidy, and clean. The floors & carpets are cleaned thoroughly as well. We have three long-hair cats and after the ladies are there - one would never know because the cat fur is GONE. I wish we could afford to have them every week!!!!
