To be honest. I just had one cleaning service done, so I cannot give you a really honest answer. The service that was provided was efficient, detailed, and done in a timely manner. But, again, it was just one service. I guess I will be able to give a more accurate answer once I have had more services done.

This is my first experience with a company and I found the team willing to respect my wishes in all that was needed to be done. Since this was the fist cleaning and they were new to our home, if they missed sometjing they were willing to do it on the next cleaning in addition to their other obligations. I also found the flexibility in scheduling quite easy. I anticipate a pleasant experience with workers and management.

I like that the cleaning is all done within a short time, something that would take me 2 days to do. Of course my cleaning involves moving things to clean under them, but I expect it to be a light cleaning that takes such a short time. In the past, 2 people have cleaned 5 rooms and 2 bathrooms as well as washed the kitchen and foyer floors in 1 hour. I've been most satisfied when Julie and Jodi do the cleaning.

One thing I don't notice anymore is the nice cinnamon scent of the cleaning products. That was always nice to come home to. In general I'm very pleased with the cleaning products except that it doesn't seem to do as good a job as my CLR for cleaning off lime deposits from the sink drain or shower doors. I do like, now that we have a baby in the picture, that the products are eco friendly, especially on the floor.

Please consider this a rating of Pam's work. She is very thorough and conscientious. My home looks great after her visit!

Always clean. Staff are friendly. The house always smells great

I don't know anything about the products, but the service is fabulous, the attention to detail is great. And - I actually made a point of telling your office - the honesty of the employees. When cleaning the sofa (which I didn't even know was part of the service), they found a $20 bill and left it on the kitchen counter with a note. Very nice.

I appreciate the organized structure backing up the cleaning teams.

Workers are friendly and get the job done quickly. I like that they bring their own supplies and equipment. On the negative side, the service is expensive.

I cannot say enough great, positive things about the cleaning team assigned to my home (led by Jessica). They are very friendly, courteous, and very thorough with the work they do - my home looks amazing when they are finished.
