Very responsive on short notice, white glove check up

We are very happy with all of the service provided to us by our cleaning team. We have two large shedding dogs and they not only are great with them, but get rid of all the hair throughout the house! They also do a great job with the kitchen, bathrooms, etc. As two working individuals - one that travels a lot and the other with a long commute - having merry maid frees us up to do what we really enjoy during our free time.

The two young ladies, Irena and Debbie, were excellent people. We had a great time while they attended to their duties. I'm extremely happy with the outcome of their cleaning.

The first round of cleaners didn't do a very good job. That situation was rectified and the second team to come, Amy and Austin, did a wonderful job. I'm quite persnickety about the way things are done and was very pleased with the work of Amy and Austin. I like that the products are Green-Seal certified and not heavily chemical-based. Thanks!

The products never leave a chemical smell after my cleaning, but my house always smells good and fresh.
