I can't comment on your products, except to note that I read the description of them on your corporate website and was content to have you use them, rather than the products we had been using. Our home was cleaned by Merry Maids for the first time two days ago, and we are quite happy with the result. Your service person Yaki worked steadily and hard the entire time she was here. One of her team captains, Jose (?), joined her after she had been here a while, and he too worked diligenty. We appreciated very much also that both were pleasant as well as efficient.

I don't know which products were used, but I'd love to know what made my kitchen sink so shiny! Susan, Donna and Jose were great! They did a very good job, were friend and respectful! They didn't make assumptions, but asked questions when they had them. Susan explained her process and respectful thoughts at the very beginning.

I have already ordered a gift card from MM for my brother based on my positive experience.

I appreciate having a set day and timeframe to get my house cleaned regularly. I also like the flexibility of easily being able to reschedule when we are away. My daughter gave me a house cleaning as a gift. It was so liberating that I continued. I like my house to smell clean. Merry Maids uses low fragrance products so there is little smell. On the rare occasion that something isn't as I would like, they are very responsive. The cleaning person or team is very efficient.
