I have tried many independent and privately owned cleaning companies and the advantage of Merry Maids is that you're reliable oh, you have a documented list of your services oh, and you have available staff for concerns. Also you have a unified method of training your staff. I like the security of knowing I have recourse or I will know what to expect when I have a cleaning done.
