I don't like your vacuum cleaners. They do not clean as well as I like and they are hark on the backs of your employees. Your staff is excellent and very proficient.

Whenever I call with concerns my issues are always taken care of in a professional manner..Great customer service on telphone...I would like to have same person coming to my house as much as possible..I am more comfortable when I get to know the person thst is coming into my home...and she gets to know my cleaning concerns..All in all I have stayed with MM's longer then I thought..My Husband was only agreeing with this arrangement short term. while I am still working full time (smile) I would like to see some specials on oven cleaning and refrigerator cleanings or other specialty..Thanks much.
