The girls are very pleasant - I usually wait for them downstairs in my lobby so that I can open my apartment door for them. Last time they were here, the usual "leader" of the group had called in sick. The two ladies that were here were lovely - I showed them how I wanted my bed made (I don't think people remember from time to time). and these two women hadn't been here for quite a while. Also, I again repeated how I wanted the second bedroom, which is now a "den," gone over. I had let them use our garage space since my husband had left for work and the space was empty. (At first, I had asked them to park in the street as our garage is being renovated, and there is lots of water dripping down, as well as workmen walking around. But since they couldn't find an outside space, they parked in the garage, and all went well. I then went down to the building lounge and when I returned home about an hour and fifteen minutes later (which is the approximate time I allow them), they had gone, and the place was very spotless. I feel having your service is a necessity, and it makes living here more than a pleasure!

The house smells fresh, clean - not products that smell strong. The people that come to the house are efficient, professional, friendly. The house is always very neat and welcoming when they are done.

I like the consistency of the ladies that come. I like that they offer kid and pet friendly options.

I enjoy the professionalism of the entire agency. Two young women hit the ground running, bringing all their own tools and supplies. I write the check and relax. Somebody else has cleared the workers for health and honesty. If there's a problem, I call the office and the entire problem disappears. If the workers will be late, the agency lets me know so I can re-schedule. If I can't have the workers, I call the office and the workers are re-assigned. I need sign no contracts, but they usually send the same people. I can't tell you what a blessing it is not to worry about housework.

The house smelled clean and I like how the smells were more natural smelling than harsh chemical smelling.
I also can not figure out how the ladies got my shower floor clean. I have been battling with that for 2 years and it never looked clean - now almost 2 weeks later - it still looks clean.
May rating may go up as time goes on - I have only had one cleaning so far but am very happy I called.
