I find the young ladies efficient and unobtrusive. They do their work and leave. (( wonder, however, how they do the entire apartment in one hour, which is about the time it takes them to begin to clean, and then finish. The products seem to work well; they leave no odor and do their job. I would recommend them to someone looking for a good cleaning service.
Ability for Merry Maids to clean bathrooms and sanitize floors, clean base boards and blinds. These are things I am unable to do myself.

I like that they bring their own products and that no matter when I schedule there is a team available.
THis past week I experienced Merry Maids like none other. Caring for our home
with a fine eye to every detail. And they use only natural cleansers which is great.

the teams are very professional. they are prompt. in the past they have rushed thru cleaning and done an ok job, but as of recent they are taking a little more time and doing an even better job. i like the products that are used b/c they are natural. As long as they pay attention to detail and continue to do a good job i am happy.
I think the team we have now is very good and seem to take their time to make sure everything looks clean and that they respect furniture and belongings and do not push tem around roughly. House always smells nice when they are finished.
One thing though - I think equipment could be updated - vacuum broke last week - plus was not working and in fact looked dangerous as it was taped. The stand up vaccum also does not get into corners and not easy to do stairwells. I believe they should have a vaccum with attachments for tight spaces.
The Merry Maids who clean our house are professional, friendly, courteous, and listen to any (very, very infrequent) complaints. Most important they do a good job of cleaning which is of primary importance. I would like to be better educated about the products used so that I can make informed comments.
I appreciate their phone call advising me of approximately what time they will arrive so that I can better plan my day.
Write the check and walk out...the place is clean. Two lovely, strong, honest ladies hit the ground running with everything they need and clean the place for me. The office makes sure I'm happy, and I have no problems.
The ladies are friendly and the products smell good. I think the problem has been resolved, but I expect promptness in keeping appointed timeframe.

THE PEOPLE WHO CLEAN LAST MONDAY HEARD WHAT I HAD TO SAY ABOUT WHAT I NEEDED; THEY WERE PLEASANT, EFFICIENT, AND AS ALWAYS, WERE FINISHED WHEN I RETURNED (I USUALLY GIVE THEM AN HOUR AND A HALF, BEFORE I GO TO THE LOUNGE IN MY BUILDING). THE ONES YOU SENT LAST WEEK (MATTHEW AND ANGELA) WERE TERRIFIC. I ALSO LIKE SUE AND CYNTHIA. PLEASE MAKE SURE THAT THEY KNOW THEY WILL BE PARKING IN MY DOWNSTAIRS PARKING SPACE SO THAT THEY ENTER THE BUILDING IN THE RIGHT DIRECTION TO GET INTO THE GARAGE. I LIKE AN 8AM STARTING TIME.
