I really don't know what products are used, buy my faucets shine like diamonds and everything smells so clean. Every nook and cranny was cleaned and not just dusted over. My team of Jasmine and Judy are great!

I would reccommend Merry Maids to anyone who is looking for a cleaning service. I would also suggest they ask for Zunilda. She has been to my house many times and I would not want anyone else but her. She goes above and beyound her work.

I like that I cn schedule you when I need you. I also like that you bring your own cleaning supplies, show up on time and work quietly

The girls are efficient, do a good job. (I meet them in the lobby, escort them to my apartment, show them around, and then go to the building lounge for approximately an hour and a half.) When I get back, they have already left. The only complaint I have is that I always request that the girls come at 8AM, and that is rarely the case. I would prefer that they come at the scheduled time (I usually call a few days before, to remind you about the pending service on the following Monday). I always get another call from your office, cementing the appointment. I call again on the morning they are to come; the last time, one girl had already come, and she was waiting for the second one, who was stuck on the highway. This occurs almost every week. Other than the lateness in starting, I find your service, excellent. The place always looks spotless, and remains pretty clean from one month to another. (My husband usually goes over the kitchen floor.)
