I love my team. Team 10. After some trial and error with other teams, I was fortunate to finally find Priscilla and Kydel. (I’m sure I’m spelling her name wrong). They have a very strong work ethic and they work with me to clean my house the way I like. And I don’t have to remind them each time - they get it and clean without me having to show them anything. They always ask me if there is something special I need done before they start, so that I don’t catch them by surprise. I have some medical issues (primarily the use of my hands) so one of the things they do for me is make my bed with clean sheets. This is a wonderful thing! And one of the reasons I started using Merry Maids. I like Team 10 so much that whenever I have to reschedule my cleaning date, I will only accept a replacement date when Team 10 is available. They are a wonderful asset to your company!

The crew arrived on time & methodically cleaned house from top to bottom. When they were done they asked me to walk thru with them and identify anything that needed another lick. They even took all the full trash bags when they left. You really do get what you pay for!

The actual cleaning but don’t like the cleaning solution

We don’t use the Merry Maid’s products. But are extremely happy with the ladies that clean our home. Ana and Carmina are very sweet and respectful and do a beautiful job! It’s nice to have someone who cares about their work!

There are several things that I like about Merry Maids. First, their staff is honest and hard-working. Second, I love being able to return home from work to a clean house! Third, their schedules are flexible for my calendar, and they send me reminders to let me know when the team will arrive.

The ladies do a good job. My main complaint is that I have requested a phone call the day before the service to advise me on the time the ladies will be at my house and I don't always get that call.
