All the teams that have been to our home have done great work. No complaints.
The one issue that has occurred recently is that our call time was stated by voicemail as 10-12. The cleaner did not arrive until almost 3 pm. However, she had been scheduled at our house as her very last visit of the day. I would appreciate more accurate estimates. Not to the minute but within an hour or so. Other than that, we are very please. Thank you.

Merry Maids did a great job! This was a one-time use in my late Dad's residence. In two hours, windows, oven, floors, bathrooms and entire house was clean! Great job!

I like that the team is willing to use products that I prefer on certain items in my home. Most of the products being used are fine, but there are a couple of items I feel need a particular product that I have used for years.

Team #10 did a deep clean at my home on Friday. My home is perfect...and I have really high standards. I am a regular twice a month team #10 customer. I needed a deep clean because I am having surgery on Monday, and I wanted to eliminate any chance of infection.
They did additional services including wiping down all the woodwork and trim (baseboards, doors, kitchen cabinets) and cleaning the tracks of all my windows and sliding doors. I am extremely pleased with the work. I will always recommend team #10!

The 2 girls were fast and efficient, however they lacked some cleaning products like windex..but they improvised and cleaned very well with what they had..I recommended them to Arbor Park Apts management team!!

The housekeepers are caring about our home and animals. They are quick and thorough with their cleaning. Their routine is so efficient.Our home looks sparkling and smells clean when they leave. I like how there is not a chemical odor but just a clean smell.

TEAM 10 is AWSESOME!!!! Still can't believe what a fantastic "Move Out" cleaning they did in only 3 hours. I truly believe my former apartment was in better shape after they left than it was when I moved in. I would definitely recommend their service to all I know who are or will be moving in the future. Just wish they were based in Temecula (where I moved to) instead of Garden Grove....I'd hire them to come in on a regular basis to keep my new home clean!!!

The team that came out did a great job. I had a real neglected bathroom and they made it sparkle. The products seem to be fine. They got water marks off my shower glass that I thought would never come off.

Team #10 continues to do an outstanding job at my home, They come every 2 weeks and are always prepared to do something “special” if I request it. They have also taken the time to listen and learn how I like my cleaning done...special cleaners, etc. I am grateful to have them as my regular crew, and if I need to change a date or time, I always request them.
