They let me know when they are done and ask if everything looks okay. I like the products they use on my hardwood floors and my leather furniture. Everything always smells fresh and clean when they are finished.

I scheduled a last-minute, move-out deep clean of a three story townhouse. Merry maids sent two women and they did a fabulous job! Fast, friendly and very efficient.
I like the service but not if they come before 9 AM. I would like them to use furniture polish on my wooden furniture. They are always friendly and understanding except in one case.

Our last service went very well. The team showed up on time (first in the morning as requested) and gave our home a very thorough cleaning. Everything looked wonderful and smelled clean.
