We are so happy with Merry Maids! Every surface is clean and spotless, including the windows inside and out. From the baseboards, to the ceiling fans, everything is left immaculate. Since I only receive a cleaning once a month, I have different ladies come to my home to clean, and every person that has stepped foot in my home is honest, hard working and really cares about doing an excellent and thorough job. We are extremely satisfied with Merry Maids and their cleaning teams!

I have used Merry Maids for over 25 years, ever since my first hip replacement ! Every single one of their employees has been a delight to have in my home. They are curteous and thorough. I have recommended them many times, and even used them as a one time gift for a neighbor in need. They are accommodating if I have to change my regular scheduled date, and their prices are very fair. I like that they provide all their own supplies and equipment. I don't know what they use on my stove top, and counter tops but they always sparkle when they are done. Before Covid, I used to leave my home when they came....they are very trustworthy and honest. Since Covid, I remain at home, and they are fully masked and exceptionally careful in all they do. I can't say enough about them.

My merry maid is always on time and very friendly. She takes care while cleaning and is thorough. I also like the products she uses, nice clean smell and not harsh on things. She isn't slow and works efficiently.

I appreciate being asked if there's anything special I want done at every visit, and I like that you don't use very strongly scented products.

I’m happy with the service overall and the bathroom cleanings have been better since we had that issue a while back. I was surprised not to receive a call after the broken figurine during our last visit as there is usually follow up on things like that.
