Efficient, timely, thorough and friendly

I like that the cleaning techs are efficient and quick without skipping details. I’m always satisfied that the house is clean and tidy when they leave. Also, in the many years I’ve used this company, I have never had to worry about my personal items missing or misplaced. Over the course of time, there have been only one or two broken items, but they are quick to offer restitution or replacement. Overall, they provide a very professional and friendly service.

Very reliable, professional and thorough!

I like very much that you honored my request to send one particular woman and one of two other known women to my home on a consistent basis. They feel like friends and do an outstanding job; our house sparkles.

I did not like it, during a pandemic, that sometimes 4 cleaners showed up, many of whom I’d never seen before. It increased my anxiety and felt like a swarm of worker bees all over the house at once. It didn’t work for me personally.

I like that they are true to the date and time of arrival. They go to work as soon as they come through the door. Their cleaning method and products suit my needs and satisfaction.

I would be appreciating knowing exactly what "extra attention" is given to the designated room when scheduled.

I have nothing but good experiences with Merry Maids. Since I have COPD, it's difficult for me to do certain tasks and when they do them for me, well, it makes my day.
