The girls are quite thorough with their cleaning and when there is something extra I would like them to do they are right on top of it

always courteous and nice. If you have a special request (i.e. don't wipe up the ant poison), they will adhere to that.

I like the ladies who come to my house. My house always has a pleasant smell after they leave. They have found my diamond earrings I cold not find for months in a closet of all places. Merry Maids have always been very accomodating in the years I have used them and will continue to take advantage of their services.

Reliability integrity

Workers come and get to work quickly. Do their job and leave in a timely fashion. I haven't had any issue with any of the products used.

The "teams" are very thorough while cleaning the area's of the house with the exception
of drying the wood floors after applying the wet solution and as a result leaves a film
in spots. If I'm not mistaken, drying the floors was part of the original agreement.
I also appreciate the ease of re-scheduling a cleaning if I'm not available on a scheduled
day.

Your products seem to be good in that sinks, counters, etc. are clean with the house
having a pleasant odor, most of the time, after the ladie's leave.

I prefer to have the same ladies clean my home every month, provided there are two that I like. This hasn't happened recently. The products you use are fine.

Carol at Schaumburg Merry Maids is extremely friendly and VERY understanding when it comes to my crazy schedule. Sometimes I work 14- to 16-hour days and don't have it in me to prep for Merry Maids to come into my house, and Carol is always very flexible, which I greatly appreciate. The cleaners who come into our home are always very friendly and perform their work quickly and efficiently. In particular, we have a great relationship with Paula and Ashlie, who not only do a great job but also have great attitudes. Our dogs love them too!
