The maids are friendly, courteous, prompt, speak English and are willing to please. I give them my own products to use for the most part. And so far they haven't broken or wrecked anything. They are careful.

The office staff is so easy to work with. They always are able to work around any weird scheduling needs that might come up. The housekeepers are lovely ladies. They do a great job. I'm very satisfied.

Very clean smelling without the harsh chemicals. Carol and Nancy at the office are always so friendly as is the cleaning staff.

Friendly service and I like how clean my place is! Customer service is fast and helpful if I have a question-It is always answered.

I love it when Lucy and Jesse come on my days to clean our house they are very good!! I just wish someone would clean my soap dish and wipe the streaks off the faucets in the bathroom and kitchen! It's just smeared no shine! But the service is still great!

I like the consistency of the service. My house is always in need of a cleaning and they do a great job. Also a couple of years ago I lost a pair of diamond earrings and Merry Maids found them in the corner of our closet.

I like the fact that you are very flexible and able to accommodate schedule changes the majority of the time. Carol is such a pleasure to deal with over the phone.

Basically, your folks do a very good job in all areas. I like it best when you keep the same 'teams' working the same houses. It's difficult to have different people each time.
As for the products you use, most are just fine. In some cases, I supply the products I want used. (Floors and Countertops)
In all, everyone does very well.

Very happy with the cleaning service

The ladies are very good at what they do and are pleasant to me. As for the products, I appreciated the fact that they are willing to use my products - which are natural products and not scented. Thank you.

The work was performed with care and in a professional manor. Everything was completed as was communicated prior to the cleaning. I was very happy with the results

The ladies who clean my house are friendly, accommodating and hard working. And they speak English. I supply some of the cleaning products for them to use such as Endust,
Armstrong vinyl floor cleaner, Murphy's Oil and a feather duster for delicate objects.
