Linda and Maxine were fabulous. They got right to work and the apartment transformed into our home. Their personalities as well as their professionalism made for a wonderful experience.

Unfortunately I do not remember the name of the woman I had as the initial contact in the office. She was very pleasant and kept me informed as to the process. I had the feeling I was a "personal contact" instead of just another client.

Reliability and consistency

I like that the products are "green" my house smells clean, but not chemically when I get home. The cleaners do a good job at keeping my house clean and sparkly. They do a better job then I do!

The ladies are always very professional and friendly. They are nice to my children and pets! Recently we had them over to do a "move in cleaning" at our new home; the previous owner left a place a disgusting mess. The ladies were there almost all day (yup, it was that bad) and the place was sparkling when they left. The cleaning products they use work very well and don't leave any "chemical" type smell.

Most of the ladies do an excellent job. This past week Paula & Sierra were exceptional in doing a thorough cleaning.

There are a couple ladies that clean your home like its their own. I love the smell and look after my home has been clean. I have always been OCD when it came to housecleaning. I cant do it anymore due to an injury. So this brings a smile to my face. If there is a problem, the office is extremely helpful and they care.
The one thing that you need to do is get some new vacuum cleaners. Its my opinion the ones you have are old and not doing the job. Also several times their was a burning smell and the ladies had to use my vacuum, which is not the best for cleaning. Other than that I am very happy with Merry Maids.

The service providers come at consistent time every service. They have learned our preferences and do a quality job. Nice to go into the weekend with a clean house

Products are fine. What I DON'T LIKE is having different girls every month. If I like a certain girl(s) I would like to have them repeatedly.

I appreciate the timely manner that the ladies arrive. I appreciate their willingness to use products that don't have a strong odor or fragrance.

Service is thorough and products are acceptable.
