The service has been excellent! Kelly and Holly did an exceptional job on Tuesday, including some extras. I have been sick, and haven't been able to keep up with floors and things, so am very appreciative that they got so much done so thoroughly in the time they had. The products are allergy-asthma friendly.

The girl/girls are usually on time and polite. They always ask if there is a problem area. They always ask if we want them to start in a specific room. They are quiet, respecting what we are doing within our home. We never hear them chatting or wasting time.
Their products have not bothered either my husband nor myself. That surprised us because we both have allergies to several things. We were sorry when they could no longer steam our tiles floors (kitchen & 3 bathrooms).
We started using Merry Maids after my heart surgery, however, they do such a good job in a timely manner, that we have continued their services.
Mom enjoys all the staff that comes over to clean her home. Thank you Merry Maids!

I like the bathroom cleaning when things are put back in the same places. I like the actual washing rather than dusting (moving the little dust mites around). I like the consistency of having the same girl and not having to re-train (for lack of a better word) a new one. I like their efficiency and sweetness. All have been sweet-natured and willing to do what I ask. I have had only one girl actually clean a kitchen corner with a brush, and that was because I asked her. I have some grout lines which need cleaning, and I've tried, I always ask, but can't seem to get them clean. I wish you had a floor 'scrubber' rather than just getting the top layer of dust. I ask the cleaners to use my steam mop, which the do well. I also provide a floor cleaner, which I'm happy to do. I certainly like the thorough cleaners the best, and they are the ones who always leave!! I still hear from Dawn in texts, and was devastated when Amber and Ashley moved on. All in all, I am quite happy with Merry Maids and plan to eventually expand to more services.
The maids are always kind, friendly, and professional. They do a fantastic job cleaning our home and it isn't easy considering we have two very messy young boys. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing these services
The ladies do such a complete and thorough job in the allotted time. The products used are totally appropriate and leave everything sparkling clean.
The team arrives generally at the expected time. The team works hard to ensure things meet our expectations for cleanliness and often exceed expectations. I love how at least for a little bit my range top is sparkling. It is generally "clean" when I wipe it down, but it sparkles when Merry Maids has been here.
I like coming home to a clean house and know that I can spend the weekend doing fun things instead of cleaning. There are other things that I enjoy doing besides cleaning house. I feel that the products used do a real good job. Also I don't have to buy cleaning products since they bring them.
The products gave off a very clean and sterile aroma, very welcoming. KELLY & kEYLA WERE VERY EFFICIENT, THEY ARE WELCOME BACK ANYTIME. Thank you Merry Maids for helping me.

The ladies did a nice job to the items I pointed out. They made to sure to ask me to check the finished rooms to make sure that I was happy with the job that was done. They were efficient and polite. The house looked awesome when they were done!

The staff are always friendly and do a great job.
The maids are friendly, professional and courteous. The house always looks great afterwards (at least until my kids come home), and they can eliminate smells from pets or dirty diapers being in the trash can. We have been using their service for 10 years now and are very happy.
Always know things will be taken care of just as I like.
