This last visit I wasn't happy that the air conditioner was turned down 5 degrees below where I keep it. I certainly want your staff to work in the cool and it's great that they turn it down so they were comfortable. But, I wish that they would turn it back up when they leave. I leave my thermostat at 75 degrees and it was at 70 when I got home late that night. I'll say something to the staff who come next time. Thanks. Name removed

I am disapointed in the quality of floor cleaning. If you have a scrubber to use before using my steam mop, that would be cleaning. As it is, the dust is removed, but nothing more. I have tile floors with slight irregularities, and I don't feel they are clean. This week, water spots on the floor before cleaning, were still there after cleaning. I've had to ask more than once to dust the side rails to the basement. I've had to ask more than once to move items on the toilet top to clean it, as well as cleaning the small candle on it. Frames are cleaned, but not glass inside frames.
If I were't in my 70's I would cancel my contract; as it is, I may look for a more efficient enterprise.
I would highly recommend Merry Maids. They are professional and do the enormous job of cleaning up after my family and I very well each time they are here. I truly am grateful for what they do for us.
Unless someone is having a bad day they are very hard workers. They clean little areas that seem to always escape your mind when you're cleaning yourself. The products are very fresh so they make your home smell fresh and clean as well.

I find the teams sent do a consistrntly good job. I do wish a little more cleaning onder furniture was done or moving of furniture, within reason, was done to clean under things. But, by and large, I am quite happy with the work done. I ALWAYS look forward to them being here.
The house is always clean and free of dust and cobwebs and dirt. Sometimes the staff misses emptying trash in rooms they don't clean, despite that being on the "order." mjs
