You are dependable, always sending a crew as promised. Overall they do a very good job. Sometimes a few things aren't always put back just right; often there is some sheet edge hanging below the edge of the comforter. But that's very small potatoes!

I like that u can come monthly and u know what to do instead of me having to call every month and tell u what I'd like done. I also like that I can email instead of call. That is a big plus for me cause I don't have lots of time to make calls.
The communication was exceptional. Employees were punctual to each of our appointments.
When I walked into the residence I could tell it had been cleaned but it did not smell like anyone had been there. It lacked the clean smell.

The cleaners, especially when they are the same ones each week, know what you want. I recently had new cleaners who did not even clean the toilets!

Since I am still working, I enjoy coming home to as clean house. I can use the time to do fun things instead of having to clean. The products they use do a wonderful job.
I like the fact that my home is cleaned every two weeks. It is not ever a super deep cleaning... I have too much junk, but I can tell they have been at thd house, and the stove always looks 1000 x better.
