I like the same lead person coming each time. I like that we all try to pick-up the house the day before so they can really clean. I like how clean all the surfaces look and feel - floors, appliances, counters, toilets, showers, things dusted.

Merry Maids seems to demand quality performance of its staff. If there is anything that needs to be brought to their attention, they immediately address the issue. Unlike other services I have used in this and other cities across the nation, MM is the most efficient and maintains quality of service. The only issue I have ever had to address is time issues; we rely on being able to exit soon after the MMaids' expected departure time.
Though I won't agree to publicly share my name, I have frequently recommended MM to friends and relatives.

The staff is very professional, considerate and always does just what is needed - and more. I highly recommend this service.

I like that my house is nice and clean when they are done and that they are efficient. I also like that they deep clean one section of the house every time they are here and change the sheets for us.

One of the best cleanings our house has had. Chemicals weren't too strong but were clean when done. Our home had not been cleaned for 3-4 months and they removed all of the soap scum from the shower doors and other areas. I believe during this first trip though the lead cleaning lady told me that the other lady was training and they normally have three people for training. I felt I may have paid too much for this initial cleaning because I shouldn't have to pay for training and with three the two main cleaners would have been faster. There was some items missed upstairs that the main lady corrected but after they left I noticed that the kitchen counters were not wiped and cleaned properly. They were dusted but not wiped. I had to go over the main counters and do this myself. Overall they did a great job but people are human and things will get missed but I wanted to leave this feedback.

Always there within promised timeline and work is done efficiently and effectively. I come home to a sparkling clean house. Not sure what products are used, but no odors and does an amazing job with the stovetop burners. I truly appreciate all the effort.

Always show up on time and as planned. Flexible enough to change schedule when notice is given. I'm not sure what products are used, but they seem to work well for the most part. Slight issue right now with some of the grout in the two shower stalls being not as clean as I'd like, so would have been good to hear from someone if there seemed to be an issue and something further needing to be done over an above normal cleaning.
