Quality of service is excellent. I've had maid services before (for 20+ years), but Merry Maids seem better trained in how to do the job properly. And they're efficient, too. When I came out of my home office and they were gone, I thought they couldn't possibly have finished the job in that amount of time. But I looked around and they had done everything they were supposed to, and did a good job of it.
I also like that they don't use any nasty-smelling cleaning products (like bleach), and that they bring all their own stuff with them.
