Thorough. Extremely efficient. If anything is amiss, it's dealt with directly and with a positive attitude.

Normally, everything is exemplary. However, the new personnel (although very nice) are not as conscientious in a couple of areas. They forgot the sliding doors - and then only did one when reminded; and there is now a build-up around the baseboards in the bathroom. I want my "regular" cleaner back!

The team was friendly and down to business. Very much appreciated their intent to get as much done in the two-hour timeframe I was able to afford. And, for the most part, they did a really great job. I only found two items that were missed . . . very good for being in my home for the very first time. The products must work as everything smelled clean but not perfumey. I was really hoping Fabuloso wasn't one of your cleaning products. Someone once used it in my home before and the smell didn't go away for a week. Ugh! Thank you very much. If/when I can afford to do this again, I would have no problems choosing Merry Maids.

It's a little more than I wanted to spend, but eveything was just wonderfully neat and carefully cleaned.

Very friendly girls, same girls coming each time (Jessica and Tori), detailed dusting, thorough job, includes changing bed sheets, easy to change schedule as needed, pay with credit card on file, advance call on when they'll be coming.

I love the convenience of having my house cleaned for a reasonable price. I would recommend this service to a friend.
