As I am now a handicapped senior citizen, it is important that my home stay clean as i can no longer keep it as clean myself, I did a lot of research on home cleaning services and chose Merry Maids and now know I made the right choice. Kerri (hope I spelled it correctly) and Shelley did a fantastic job. I do so appreciate their thoughtfulness in the way my many safekeeps were handled. Our home smelled and looked great when they completed the cleaning. I want to say thank you very much to both of them and will see them again next month.

I liked the very professional on time arrival. I appreciated the staff letting me know if I see anything they missed to let them know. I liked the fact that when I pointed out what was missed they immediately returned the next day and corrected the error. I really appreciate that type of customer service.

I am happy with the service Melinda and Brenda are providing. They arrive cheerful and pleasant. They work well together. I think having teams has made the cleaning as an improvement and doesn't make one person responsible for entire. I like having consistency always showing up.
