Always do a great job.

Gina is excellent and when she is on another job and I have a substitute, they do a decent job as well. I'll be honest that I don't like some of your products because they streak my oven door and dishwasher door. Also, the girls use my stuff to mop the floor as your product makes my floor sticky. So I prefer to provide some of the products and there's no problem. I am quite spoiled in having my house cleaned!

Gina cleaned my home extremely well. She was professional at all times.

Punctual, efficient and she did a great job

The entire group needs a course in bed-making. No one in particular, but many of the Merry Maids have put sheets and comforters on sideways or upside down for years. Look at the lines of the sheets and comforters. That is my main complaint for Merry Maids.

The two ladies that came this past Tuesday were efficient, but careful to clean "the corners". That is what we like, i.e., attention to detail. It is especially important to us since we are getting older and can not do the "deep down" cleaning. We are not looking for sympathy (but we will take it if that is what it takes to get cleaning done!!). All we want is what we think you offer in your service agreement and what your reputation of the "name Merry Maids" means. This means there can be NO slacking from each time to the next time you clean. This is why we like you!!! Please keep it up, Please keep it up!!!!
