The staff is friendly and efficient. I have requested they use vinegar and water to clean the bathrooms and they have accommodated my requests. i love coming home to a clean and fresh smelling house.

I like that my house not only "sparkles" but looks clean and smells clean. There is a cleaner used that smells like cinnamon that I particularly like. I like the fact that the girls just clean everything unless I ask them not to. They don't use any caustic substances. If they have a little extra time, they do my windows (I have a wall of them) and clean my patio furniture beyond those windows. The effort is pretty consistent with all of the staff. Some are obviously more experienced than others but the will to do a good job is there with all of them.

The team is thoughful, does some nice little "extras" for me. I like the scent of the products. Everything smells so clean when they are done!

Punctual, professional, helpful, crew speaks English, often the same duo is assigned, I don't have to worry about buying supplies... etc... it's all really very good.

There are many things I like, but this last cleaning was extra special. You could smell and feel the extra care given by the girls. I hope I get them again. They also used something that smelled so good. There is one product I hate. I know it probably cleans well, but smells just terrible. Glad they did not use that one. I like that the service is always excellent and when I am given a time frame, they are always on time! All of the staff at Merry Maids are super friendly.
The cleaning products have a pleasant smell and not toxic smelling like the products you buy in the supermarket.

The house is so beautifully clean, it's like living in a model home! The downside? Not a fan of the way your products smell- I always have to open the windows. Other than that, everything is fine.

The housekeepers are very nice and polite. They have done a good job during the two times I have had them. My only concern is the damage to my white dresser incurred on the first visit. I have not had a chance to look into the insurance I think I have. Hopefully, all will be well.
