I am so appreciative of you all trying to fit into my crazy schedule! My regular team is so pleasant and do a great no be ec at the end of their long day. I have white grout in my floor tile and they try to keep it clean. That is tough!

They worked quickly and never stopped ... Communicated well about timing and asked about focus ares within the rooms to be cleaned. Everything was cleaned well from baseboards to ceilings.

I've only had 1 service, but I like that you will wash my windows, clean behind my frig, wash my kitchen cupboards.

I receive a card when the maids are here. Then I receive a telephone call a day or two later. THEN you send me this survey 2 months in a row. That is overkill and it irritates me no end. The card and the call are ok but please di not send me any more surveys and take me off your email survey list.
