Merry Maids, particularly Kristin and Consuela, are consistently thorough. They never miss a thing...from baseboard to fans to picture frames. Everything is cleaned or dusted on a regular basis. The house sparkles after they leave. I wish I could have them every week. In addition, they are very friendly....very, very nice women. They are an asset to your company.

The maids are punctual, efficient and they take initiative. My only concern is that the trash is often overlooked for disposal. Other than that, the service is fine.

No hassles and can be trusted

It always smells clean and looks great when I get home from a very long day. I like the consistency they provide.

Everything has been great. Bathrooms,kitchens great also. Only complaint is I have noticed nicks in my floor bOards from the vacuum hitting it.

What I like most is the peace of leaving my door key in trusted hands. I've used non licensed people to clean my home but I was never comfortable leaving her the key to my home.

It was very easy to get an appointment and the maids did a great job cleaning my empty house after a move. I believe it would have taken me all day and I would not have been as thorough. My landlord was pleased at the state of my house and I will hopefully get my deposit back.

Your associates, Carol and Evelyn, were very thorough and professional. Their hard work was much appreciated. Unfortunately, I cannot remember the supervisor's name, but she was also working alongside Carol and Evelyn . I am extremely satisfied with the results of the deep cleaning that your staff has done for me, especially at a time when I am recovering from recent surgery and cannot do this myself.
