I have been using MM for the past two years and have found them to be very dependable and thorough. We have a rental house (12 people at a time), which turns over every week in the summer months. The communication is very good; they let me know when things need to be replaced or if something seems out of the ordinary. I highly recommend Merry Maids.

We have only had one visit, so I would like to wait till after one or two more cleanings.

The team that I have are very responsive to critiques or things that I ask them to do. They have always been on time and even have arrived early after calling first to check. They do a great job and really pay attention to detail. The only negative that I have to point out is not with the crew but their products they have to clean with. They do not have a strong bleach based cleaner to use in the shower. What they have does not take care of it.

I just can't get to it all the time it's nice to know it gets done on a regular basis. Even though you don't see all the dust, it's nice to know it is not there.

Merry Maids saved me a lot of time and energy, and I really appreciate their professionalism and ability to get me on the schedule so quickly. I appreciate the fact i never have to deal with "I'm sorry we can't make it" on their scheduled day. They will do anything I ask, if it's extra I will notify ahead of time so they can compensate their schedule. The products used are not overwhelming - my home smells clean but not antiseptic!
