I do wish you would return to some of the "non-green" products for the bathroom. The green ones are not effective.

I am given courtesy calls letting me know when my cleaning team will arrive. On occasion when I had a complaint, it was handled quickly and to my satisfaction.

The complaints are that your cleaning supplies are not adequate and they do not disinfect. I also don't like that the same vacuum cleaner is used from house to house. This leaves me open to get roaches, carpet mites, etc in my house which totally concerns me. I think a new bag should be used with each house.

I am happy with my team of April and Tina. They are thorough, courteous, and have a good work ethic. They should be given a reward for good service.
