As you know, I've been a customer of Merry Maids, Columbia for about 12 years. What I like the most about your organization is the outstanding people who have serviced my home over the years, both presently and previously. Such individuals include Diane and her daughter, Crystal, along with Mel and her sister, Laura. Others include Terri, Steffi, Esmerelda, and the nice woman from Iran whose name currently escapes me. Of course, your former "hands-on" supervisor, whose name also escapes me, is the hardest worker I've ever met in her position. They have all possessed excellent people skills and great work ethic. Our house gets a basic cleaning on a regular basis, and I don't have to do it! We have a cat and a dog, so there is always lots of animal hair to clean up. I appreciate having that done for us.

Merry Maids in my opinion do a very good job. The only thing I could suggest is that they concentrate more on areas for dusting. At times some areas are missed. I have enjoyed my team and I like the fact that I can have the same team everytime. That is important to me.

I don't know much about the products. The services given are excellent.

The ladies are thorough and are careful with my things. I do not like that your company has switched to "green" products that, in many cases, do not do a good job. I have seen the ladies scrub my fiberglass shower and it never comes clean as it used to with your old products.
