Seem to do the job, though I have three suggestions: Think for teams working in areas on well water (which produces more mineral hard water stains), they should be given some product or tool that does a better job on undersides of toilet rim and would make it easier for teams to clean toilets. Also soft-haired brush would would be a better tool for dusting pleated lampshades than a feather duster or book tops/spines. And finally, why no long-handled dusters for ceiling fans, refrigerator tops, etc.? Our ladied are not 6' tall so could use a little help.

My home is always clean. The last time they were at my home there were dishes left in the sink and the maids would put them in the dishwasher and turned it on which was great. I am very satisfied

They do a very good job, are very polite and courteous. I really appreciate the phone call giving me an arrival time.

I like that this team does a good job "cleaning/vacuuming in the corners". They don't seem to do the quick, careless job that I felt other teams did. I feel they respect my home and take pride in their work.

The last two teams have been great. Mel and Karen take an interest in what they are doing and they do an excellent job. I do not like the cleaning products you supply them with because they don't disinfect. I also don't use your cloths (they aren't very clean) and the sponges are used from house to house! Yuk! Needlesstosay, I provide those items, too. I also worry about the vacuum possibly bringing things like roach eggs or roaches from another house. It would be great if you used vacuums that have a no -bag system and can be dumped after each house.

There is always a crew available to come to my house. I am not ususally home when the crew is there, but when I am they are always happy and pleasant to deal with. I have almost never had a complaint about the work that they crew has done. My usual crew is Monica and Erin. They are to be commended.
