I like that they are flexible in their scheduling.

The maids are always very punctual, courteous, and professional. They do a very good job of giving our home a broad-based cleaning, and when they leave it seems very clean. I work from home, and when they are here, they do a great job of cleaning without too much disruption, and they engage in friendly chit chat, which is fine. But they always get right down to business and do an excellent job cleaning!

I have noticed that the crew has been using a different type of cleaner. I like coming in the house and smelling the freshness that it leaves behind. Very noticeable. I don't know anything about the products used, I stayed upstairs while the cleaning was being done. The two young ladies that came here however, were wonderful. They did a great job and were very friendly and personable. overall I was very pleased with the service provided.

The service is quick the bathroom is clean, and they always come out to my house. If they have to reschedule an appointment they will notify me. I notified one of the customer service representatives that They should clean in the laundry room between the washing machine and the dryer and did so. They also cleaned the study area even though it was not part of the cleaning plan. So, they have been doing a good job

The sraff

The cleaning crew is on time and works very efficiently. They are friendly and respectful
as the go about there tasks. I have not taken the time to look at the cleaning products,
but I will do so at the next visit.

They are fast, but they seem to cover all the required cleaning. Everything is neat and smells great after they are here. I like the fact that they fold my blanket in the livingroom, which is normally piled in the chair or even on the floor.

I appreciate the fact that essentially the same team has cleaned my home for almost the entire time that I have been with Merry Maids - it's reassuring that I know the folks who are in my home. The team does a consistently great job and it's wonderful to come home from work to find a clean home!

I am completely satisfied with your services. If I ask them to concentrate their efforts on a specific area or rooms they are always accommodating. Since I live alone in a large house, all of the rooms do not get alot of use much of the time.

Thorough job, reliably done.

I am happy with my cleaning team, the do a good job. I have been with Merry Maids a couple of years and plan to continue.

I like that they are good with our dog being present. I like that they vaccum well and take out all trash. I like that they make the beds.

Mel and Karin are very good. Not all other measure up and there are a lot of changes. For the most part I am very happy with the service, and especially with Mel, whom we've had the longest.

Courteous, conscientious staff; accessible office staff who solve problems efficiently. Open to feedback prior to leaving home. Do a good job.
