Friendliness of the Columbia Md company. Whenever I’ve had to change my scheduled dates I’ve never had any issues of doing so with the company. The maids that show up are always polite and Curtious . Ive been very pleased with everyone.

You have always been flexible when asked to make a change in the date. Should emphasize more attention to details; i.e. emptying waste baskets and turning off lights. Not a big problem. It only happens occasionally.

It smelled great when I returned home and I could see the small attention to detail. For example, the sink was cleaner than I've ever seen it as well as the vents, which I've probably never seen free of dust. The ceiling vent in the master bathroom was also cleaned. It was a good first experience with Merry Maids.
