The cleaning staff is very professional & curious. They always ask if there are specific areas to focus on. The office staff is excellent to work with. Just recently the accommodated my request for my cleaning staff when they were already booked for the day.

New Team swept through my home with 4 bedrooms, 3 full baths, 2 half baths, kitchen, office, living room, family and dining rooms leaving in just one hour. This has happened before with different team members. The house was left spot cleaned. The floors were not mopped. Surfaces were not dusted. Bathroom tub with jets was again left unclean and slimey. Its a game they play. If you find a spot we missed we will reclean it. Well, I am not the clean police. I pay professionals to do the job and I expect consistency in the delivered product.

From now on, i would like to inspect the teams work before they leave my home. I really hate to have to do that. But, I am paying to have a cleaning service performed. The teams are in such a hurry to move on to their next home that they don’t clean mine. And to me that is completely unacceptable.

I had a new team and really liked them. They were polite, efficient and very professional.

The teams are consistent and Merry Maid is very responsive to scheduling needs. They are willing to use our products when needed and are very careful and thorough. Where a team makes a mistake or does some minor damage - only 2x in over 15 years, they promptly and honestly own it, report it and Merry Maids makes it right.

I can rely on the maids who clean my condo to do a good job as I know that I will have the same team each time to clean. That gives me confidence that they know my own peculiarifies, likes, dislikes etc. They are thorough in their job and pleasant in going about it.

I like that I’m told a time when somebody is coming to my house. I like that it’s often the same person. I like that when there’s an issue, someone listens and resolves the issue. I love to walk into my clean house on a Friday afternoon when I’m tired and I’ve been gone 11 hours or more for the past 5 days!

I did find the floor cleaner smell a bit acrid, but will simply ask them to use my floor cleaning product next time.
