My 10 is only for Diana. I had forgotten how big the difference was between the way Diana cleans and other MMs I’ve had recently. I was considering leaving Merry Maids. The last maids I had admitted they weren’t sure what they were supposed to do. One slowly slid a long narrow feather duster gently above my Knick knacks barely touching anything. Diana brushes & dusts as aggressively as needed to clean, moving things as needed, then uses a damp or sprayed rag to give a shine to the edges instead of just leaving a dust blurred finish. She lifted my portable trampoline out of the way in my bedroom to vacuum under it, she got all the mirrors and windows sills as well as above the doors & door frames. Spraying a rag whenever needed. The others used only a feather duster with minimal results. She move things away from walls as needed. She got all of the inside of my of my tub plus she did picture frames and knickknacks, behind doors, She wiped down things wherever needed. She worked quickly and vigorously. The others paled by comparison.

She really should be paid to teach the others who willingly admit they are not sure what they are doing. All would benefit.

I cannot recommend Merry Maids with a 10 when I don’t know if Merry maids will be sending someone like Diana or inexperience people who readily admit they’re not sure what they’re doing or how to do it.
I have been with you a long time. You are better than this. Your office people have always been wonderfully accommodating. I only want to see you succeed.

OMG! What an awesome job Armida and Uety did with my home. It looks like a show case. So clean and smells great. Every nook and cranny was taking care of. Mirrors so sparkling clean. Rugs and steps brushed and vacuumed. Flooring looks shinny and new. I can't say enough great things about this company; the products they use, their team member's special attention and great customer service. Merry Maids is certainly my number one choice. I will use them again and will most definitely recommend to others. Many thanks!
