Everything was cleaned, even the stairs. All toilet papers and towels were folded. Everything is dusted and cleaned. Smelled fresh.
Recommendation: After removing items from their place to clean, would prefer if there were moved back to where they were.

Same team does the cleaning each time and is done within a two-hour period of time. I also like that I can have their services on a Saturday versus during the week as working full-time either at home or at the office.

The ladies did a great job. My husband was amazed how clean the basement looked. The products used did a good job but I would have preferred if it smelled fresh especially after a clean. No worries I sprayed Lysol to freshen the air.

The personal service from this company is great. Karen came to assess my home and set me up for a year's worth of cleaning, every other week, starting with a deep clean. Very kind and efficient Alba and Rebecca came the first day and dove right in! My home smells so much better, the bathrooms look great as with the rest of the house, but the tub and shower were my biggest concern. They cleaned all wood floors, vacuumed carpets and furniture, dusted, and the kitchen shines! It's amazing how much better I feel having my home cleaned and sanitized. Thank you Merry Maids!

I like my team. They know what I want and they come in and do it. They waste no time.
I'm a senior so sometimes I don't hear good or mishear a word. But they are patient and answered my questions, even the repeated ones, in a very nice manner. I called after the first time they came and talked to the boss and she listened and made notes of things that I would like addressed the next time. So far its a good start!

I was very pleased with the service and satisfied with the thorough cleaning. The house felt fresh and clean and I am still enjoying the benefits of the services given. The staff were courtesy, kind and accommodating. I particularly was impressed with the cleaned and sparkling kitchen hand scrubbed floors.
The ladies are very nice. I can trust them alone if I go out. What I really like is that I am disabled and they do things I can't. What I don't like is that the cleaner they formerly used in the bathroom is so strong it bleached my clothes, etc. that it sprayed on. Now they are more careful.
