This is my first time using Merry Maids. I like the idea of using mostly environmentally friendly cleaning products. The three ladies who have been in my home, Karen, Ana, and Yaneth, were are very pleasant and seemed to do their jobs well. I look forward to have Ana and Yaneth return in May for my next scheduled cleaning.

The maids did a very good job cleaning my entire home. They did miss a couple of spots such as the shower heads. Other than that, everything was outstanding.
Have cats and thick carpet down stairs and your crew 16 were the first to get carpets clean! All rooms felt, looked and smelled cleaner thank you

The service was very efficient. Their arrival was timely as scheduled. Once they arrived they went to work immediately. The work was completed expeditiously. When completed, my place was organized beyond my imagination. Things I had never thought of but made sense.
