I prefer that you not use my name but you may refer to me as a senior citizen who required help in home cleaning and was looking for a cleaning service to come in periodically, bringing their own equipment and supplies. I was very impressed by the courteous and friendly personnel from your company. In fact, they were very gracious in answering my questions re types of cleaning equipment to use. The first visit required cleaning of 2 bathrooms, one somewhat dirty but the other quite dirty. They did a fine job with a little time to spare to vacuum some apartment floors. However, I felt that there were cleaning opportunities in the bathrooms that were overlooked. I called the office and a second crew was sent out to complete the bathroom cleaning to my satisfaction. I was extremely impressed by the lead member of the second crew and requested that she lead all the cleaning visits for which I sign up. The office did not charge me for the second visit. They seem to have a very consumer oriented policy that emphasizes professional, quality work. Using a cleaning service is an unexpected expense that I am encountering in my senior years. It pleases me that I have found the Merry Maids to help me with the cleaning tasks.

Then, the maids were exactly on the mark with what needed to get cleaned and they did a very thorough job cleaning. The bathroom sparkled better than when I moved into the apartment. The oven and the refrigerator all got a great cleaning; so did the carpets get vacuumed so well. I am very pleased to recommend your service to others.
