The Team Lead assigned to our house, Miss Dee, is excellent. She is thorough, detail-oriented, and very pleasant to work with (and a great sense of humor). As the Team Lead, she does a great job ensuring the other team mates are also doing a thorough job of cleaning our house (3 pets and an infant...not easy!). The office is also flexible, professional, and accommodates our request for schedule changes.

Merry Maids service has been very reliable and very efficient for the cleaning of the apartment. Those who have come to clean have always been pleasant and worked hard to complete the task.

Leah & Gina were wonderful. The day was quite chaotic as we were moving our mother back into her home that had been empty for three years. The ladies were fantastically flexible with jumping from room to room in the house since the movers were there at the same time! These ladies were working in a very difficult environment with boxes and furniture everywhere and never complained and always smiled :) My sisters and I were very pleased and will be hiring them again!
