My cleaning team arrived early, introduced themselves, got to work right away, worked hard and were there several hours. My cleaning team periodically asked me to check things, to make sure they were cleaned to my satisfaction. My cleaning team were friendly, professional, courteous and respectful of the home. My mom is a hostile client however staff and administration adapted their procedures to make her feel less anxious during the cleaning process.

I had a deep cleaning completed on my place prior to moving in. They did a really good job. I also appreciate the approach taken when setting the appointment up - the phone was answered (not every place answers the phone) and I spoke with someone who is familiar with what I needed at a reasonable rate. Overall, the goal of getting my place cleaned prior to moving in was achieved.
