I have used Merry Maids for over 10 years and am very happy with their work. They are quick but thorough.

The only improvement that I can think of would be if I knew a rough estimate of the time they would arrive at my house for the scheduled cleanings...

They did a very good job and the price was reasonable. They also came on one day notice!!!! I will use them again :-)

The showers and the top of the stove are left spotless. No matter how much time we spend to clean these ourselves, we can never do such a great job.

The 'Maids' do a great job continually and the products, although they have a strong odor the first day, seem fine.

Most times the maids are very efficient and thorough.

I like almost all the crews who clean my house monthly. I always give the instruction what should be done on the cleaning day and they usually complete the tasks even though they need to work longer than the specified time. I like the products used in my home.

The "maids" were able to get places clean that I have struggled with! They tell me it's the products they bring with them. Whatever it is, it works. And they work hard when they are in my home.

I like that you make every attempt to send at least one person who has been at our house before. Until this last visit we've never had a complaint about the products used; however, this last time our house had a VERY VERY strong ammonia smell that took a while to air out.

The service is consistently good and the team is prompt. If changes to the schedule occur because of personnel availability, I get a phone call. When I've been at the house when the team is working, they are professional and courteous, truly nice.

I like the ability to follow my instructions regarding security when the ladies leave. My only complaint is that I believe they could take a little more time and attention in making my bed - I do have the sheets changed on every visit and most times the bed looks like the blanket and spread have just been thrown on without much attention to getting them proportional.

I loved the fact my house smelled clean without using any powerful cleaning solutions. The gals did a fabulous job! I can't wait until they return
