One of the reason why I like to use Merry Maids is that the crew work so hard to finish all the things I listed up even though it takes a little longer than the scheduled time to complete.
They never complains about what I asked them to do and usually come on time and work very hard and efficiently. I like my regular crew a lot.

I HAVE AN OLDER HOME AND I HAVE NEVER BEEN A TERRIFIC HOUSEKEEPER. AS I AM LESS MOBILE IT IS EVEN HARDER. THESE GALS GET RIIGHT DOWN TO BUSINESS , AND FOR ME, DO A GREAT JOB. IT SEEMS KIND OF EXPENSIVE, BUT WHEN I NEED THEM, THEY ARE THERE.

Merry Maids do a wonderful job of keeping my home clean and neat. I don't know what products they use, but all looks good when they are done!

Merry Maids does a good job cleaning our home. I would recommend them without
hesitation if, and its a big if for most people, the cost wasn't so high for their service.
It takes two "Maids" approximately two hours to clean our home. As of 2018 the charge
for that service will rise to $200.00. That's $50.00 per hour per "Maid". We are having
a difficult time rectifying the increase as there are other cleaning services charging less.

The professionalism, the trust that I can turn my home over to people who will care for it the way I do.
The thoroughness and speed that a team approach can accomplish that would take me all day.
I don't have to worry and can focus on work and know "it's done."
The flexibility when I have a change of plans and need to change the regular time.

The service is wonderful. Lorrie and Ana are professional and thorough. I prefer the scent of Lysol to the products that are used, but everything is clean.

Ladies who clean are thorough, professional and very personable . . Products are odor free . . I'm allergic to perfumes and have never had a reaction to any products used . .

I appreciated the ladies bringing their own cleaning equipment and products. The ladies arrived on the scheduled time.
This was our first deep cleaning and Rosa gave a correct estimation as to how long it would take. She also had me briefly go over what I wanted to have accomplished.
I experienced a real comfort zone having the ladies in our home and their ability for a superior cleaning experience.

I have no complaints about the women who clean my home. They are truely wonderful. I do have a problem with the customer service by the office. Twice my cleaning time was delayed or changed and i was not nofified which can cause conflex with my schedule
