It was a HUGE undertaking as it was new construction. They made me feel that my house was in capable hands. They worked tirelessly and efficiently as a team, plus they were super sweet. The 2 ladies (Maria and Madai) who came to my house were excellent hard workers, very helpful and remained cheerful and pleasant thru the entire experience. This was the first time I had anyone clean my house but I would ask for them to come back again. It was well worth the money this time but I'm not sure I could afford to do this on a regular basis as much as I would like to. The products were fine and left my house smelling clean and fresh. They come in and go right to work. The house smells so good when they are done. They are pleasant and friendly. Maria and Carmen where here this last week and were so nice and did a great job.

The Ladies from Merry Maids Ventura come to our home every other week. When they leave it is the closest thing to spotless you could imagine. We are very Happy at the service they provide us and would recommend them instantly without hesitation.

My mother and father were very pleased with how the ladies cleaned their home. The only draw back for them is the price. Over their budget but I'm hoping I can talk them into more cleanings.

I like the ladies' cheerfulness and good attitude. They are very efficient with the cleaning and are willing to do requested tasks. I like the product used to clean sink area surfaces. It leaves them smooth and slightly shiny.

The chemical cleaning products used by Merry Maids appear to get a better result than anything I have used.

Laurie and Anna did an absolutely amazing job! All of the sinks and fixtures were sparkling and even the hard water deposits around the sinks are gone. It was so nice to come home to a spotless house and I highly recommend Laurie and Anna! The only thing that kept it from being an even better experience for me was the discrepancy in the cost, between the website and what I actually paid. The website asks you how many rooms you have and based on that, my "cart total" was $145. When Laurie and Anna came out, they explained to me that it's actually $100 per hour. I got a call from the Merry Maids office a couple days later to tell me that they were there for 3 hours, so the actual cost would be $300. After explaining about the discrepancy between the website and what the ladies told me, they took off $100, so my cost ended up being $200 for my 2 bedroom, 1 bath, approx. 900 square feet home. I definitely wish I had taken the time to have them come out, look at the house, then give me an estimate, but I was short on time. Again, highly, highly recommend Laurie and Anna, but also suggest getting an in-home estimate first!

I like that I can change my schedule for whatever reason and Sandra is very accommodating. The team shows up at the time expected and is flexible with tasks of the day. Team is pleasant & gets down to business right as they arrive.
