I have been a Merry Maids customer for over 30 years. The cleanings are excellent and are always on time. Interaction with the office is also excellent, extremely professional, and always focused in customer satisfaction. I love everything about working with Merry Maids.

The customer service with Merry Maids (National City, CA) was outstanding. The communication was clear so I felt confident we were all on the same page. Also, there was one little mishap and Merry Maids went above and beyond the call of duty to resolve it. I also loved that they guarantee their service, just gives peace of mind. I highly recommend Merry Maids (National City, CA)

I am very pleased with the rapid response from MerryMaids when I told them the floors were not cleaned properly. The company sent two persons to redo the floors the next day, and at not cost to me. I really appreciate a business that stands behind it's services and will recommend them in the future.

I dealt with Amber to set up the appointment. She was very helpful and accommodating. This was important at the time because I was also dealing with my son being ill. The new tenant said the cleaners did a good job.

Tried Merry Maids for the first time. Large, 2 bedroom condo that had only been surfaced cleaned for quite a long time. Kitchen and bathrooms were a mess. They were very easy to get a hold of...answered all my questions...readily available to fit in to my schedule and I was happy with the results. I will be looking in to have them come in for regular cleanings. Thank you.

Irma and Nora worked so quickly to get my house spotless. Every where I looked i noticed something more that they had done. The carpets looked refreshed and as if they were just cleaned. The windows and blinds looked great. They got so much accomplished and I appreciate the services I received. Thank you Merry Maids.
