I have one request.
When the housekeepers pay special attention to a room or rooms they should be done in an even rotation. Sometimes I have noticed that the same room has had special attention two visits in a row which doesn't make any sense to me.

I appreciated that they took the time to ask questions regarding specific requests and needs so that my expectations would be clear and met before their staff arrived and after the first service.
